Please be mindful when booking a course of classes/workshops or events at the studio and read our terms and conditions below before booking Online Classes

BOOKING TERMS/REFUND POLICIES

Please note:

Please consult your Medical Practitioner prior to practicing yoga and always move within a pain free zone. It is the student’s responsibility to take care of him/herself during their practice and to ensure that the space is clear of any obstruction, You should consult a physician prior to enrolling to practice yoga or meditation if concerned. Otherwise you assume the risk of your physical condition, past and current medical issues/injuries/illness or medication that may affect you taking this class. You understand that these classes are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

Online classes cannot be refunded once a course of classes has begun. The cancellation window for all online classes and workshops is 48 hours.

Bookings

All bookings can be made online through our online booking system or through revolut. Please note that due to a limited class size, a place is only guaranteed on the course by receipt of full payment. Bookings are on a first come first served basis.

Payments

Course fees can be paid securely online and are due to be paid in full by the first day of the course latest. No booking is final until full payment is received. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Online payments are handled securely via                                                        

Course Terms of Booking

All classes, courses or workshops purchased from Anna Teague Yoga & Meditation must be preceded by way of completing a Registration Form at class that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation

  • Specifically, as noted on the Registration Form, you acknowledge that, considering your own capabilities and limitations, it is not necessary for you to undertake the practice, exercises and training suggested by the class teacher.

You should consult a physician prior to enrolling to practice yoga or meditation if concerned. Otherwise you assume the physical risk of your condition, past and current medical issues/injuries/illness or medication that might affect you taking this class. You understand that these classes are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.

  • You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify your teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain. If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture.

*You must ensure that the details provided by you on the registration or at any time are correct and complete.

*All applicants must be over 16 years of age to be able to attend all regular yoga classes.

*All applicants release Anna Teague Yoga and Meditation, its owners, director and all  employees and contractors all all liability regarding 1) any injury to self 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

In Person Classes

Students are very welcome to make up missed classes (subject to availability) only within the

same course term dates. Please Note:

*Students may swop between scheduled weekly classes (excluding workshops) subject to space to suit their work schedule during the course term.

*If students miss classes, to make them up, they can attend from 2 or more classes in any week

during the term dates of the course only.

*Missed classes cannot be used as credit from one course to another and are non-transferrable to another student for insurance purposes.

*Refunds are not given for missed classes due to illness, injuries or holidays during a course term to maintain ongoing viability of our classes for everyone else.

*Students are very welcome to make up missed classes during term time only by attending our other yoga and meditation classes.

Holidays

Refunds cannot be given for missed classes due to holidays during a course term to maintain ongoing viability of classes. Students are very welcome to make up missed classes during

 course term only by attending other yoga or meditation classes at the studio when you are not away on holiday.

If students are away during a course term, they have the weeks that they are not away to

make up the classes that they will miss or have missed. Prior to the course start dates, only full courses are booked in advance. We do not offer advance or part booking of courses if student is going to be away. Due to the nature of costs to run our classes, we trust that our students understand that our policies are there to keep our centre viable for everyone.

Injury Illness

Refunds/transfer of any unused classes cannot be given for missed classes due to illness/injury during a course term due to maintaining ongoing viabilit of our classes and for everyone else.

Sdtudents are very welcome to make up missed classed during course term only by attending other yoga or meditation classes at the studio. We endeavour to accommodate you as best we can so our students receive the benefits of their classes. If you have been ill/injured, please contact the studio as soon as possible to re-arrange attendance of your remaining classes during the course term. We cannot offer this arrangement after course dates have lapsed and without any communication from our students.

We must remain consistent in our policies and ask that you understand this approach as this is rooted in fairness to all our students and cannot make any exceptions to maintain the ongoing viability of our classes for everyone. We endeavour to be sensitive and fair to our students needs. We appreciate your understanding.

Liability Waiver

You accept that neither the teachers, personnel, nor Anna Teague Yoga & Meditation and its owners are liable for any injury to self, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking the class or in the future and I use the premises at my own risk for classes and workshops, you waive any claim against Anna Teague Yoga & Meditation for injury or damage that you may suffer as a result of participating in the said classes or workshops.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Please note that we have a strict NON-REFUND POLICY. Full refunds or a transfer are only issued if a course or workshop is cancelled.

Full payments must be made prior to the course of the classes start date.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 10 days prior to the startt
  • 25% refund if cancelled within 10 days
    • NO REFUND once your purchased course dates has started.
  • Workshop Refund Policy: 24 hour notice required knows as “Early Cancellation”. Within 24 hours it is referred to “Late Cancellation” and NO refund offered.

CLASS PREPARATION & ETIQUETTE (in-person)

If you are a new student please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to register and to give yourself time to settle on your mat.

Please wear loose layered comfortable clothing, wear warm socks for relaxation to keep the socks warm.

Please bring your own mat. Bring water if you wish.

Make sure that the teacher is aware of any pre-existing condition or injury prior to the class that might affect your yoga practice. Honor your body and practice within your body’s limitations.

We ask kindly that shoes are removed before endearing the class to maintain hygiene for everyone

If you have to bring your phone, please make sure that it is turned off completely as not to disturb other students during the class.

Please do not arrive to class 10 minutes after the start time so as not to disturb the other students.

If you have to leave a class early, tell your teacher and leave quietly before the closing relaxation.

Thank you for keeping our classes as relaxed as possible for everyone.

Just bring yourself and your at and enjoy some time out from the busyness of life and some time in to connect with your body, mind, breath and spirit.
