" I started yoga with Anna four years ago and it is without doubt the best decision I have ever
made. I really enjoy Anna’s lovely approach to teaching, with her vast knowledge and
understanding of how our bodies work. Anna has taught me that yoga is for everyone, no
matter what. Because of Anna I have been able to keep practicing safely through a broken
wrist, a stress fracture in my hip, as well as all of the usual aches and pains that come with daily
life. I’m more flexible than I've ever been and my body feels the benefit of every class.
While the physical side of yoga is great, one of the main reasons I joined originally was that I
wanted to carve out some head space for myself and that has been the biggest benefit for me. I
love the peace Anna’s classes give me, both in the moment and through the days afterwards.
My nights sleep after Anna’s classes are always the best of the week. It's a time to put myself
first and above all it keeps me sane!!! In stressful times, its the breathing techniques that Anna
has taught me that I now use. They've become almost second nature at this stage which is
great. I also never thought I would enjoy meditation as much as I now do.
Anna has built a fabulous yoga community because of the generosity of her spirit that I’m so
glad that I came across. I’m so grateful for all that she does. "
